• No, All sales are final due to items being custom made unless there is a mistake on our end and then of course a refund will be issued! Please email doublebcustomd@gmail.com for any concerns!

• We do offer fulfillment of requested personalized embroidery designs. Please contact us through email at doublebcustomd@gmail.com
• Send description of desired product, in addition with the image or text that will be embroidered.
